17-7 PH Strip
17-7 PH (also known as 631 or 1.4568) is a precipitation-hardening stainless steel strip characterized by high strength, high hardness, excellent fatigue resistance, good corrosion resistance, and outstanding formability, while exhibiting minimal distortion during heat treatment.
Combining these superior properties, the alloy strip is particularly well-suited for aerospace applications. It is also ideal for other scenarios demanding high strength and corrosion resistance-maintaining excellent performance as a flat spring material, even at temperatures up to 600℃F (316℃).
Depending on the processing method, the edges of the 17-7 PH stainless steel strip can be supplied as slit edges or rounded edges. Standard thicknesses range from 0.1 mm to 3.0 mm, with a maximum width of 600 mm.
